- Delivery is within 24 hours in Accra and within 48 hours outside Accra.
- Exchanges are permitted within 24 hours of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
- Where a return or exchange is required due to customer error (such as incorrect size selection), the customer will bear the delivery cost.
- Where the issue is due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect size, or defect), Little Trendz GH will cover the delivery cost.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where the shoes delivered are too big or too small and a replacement is not available.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.
